How to Submit a Ticket and Check for Replies

2) Once you are logged in, a menu will be directly available for opening a ticket:

3) Click on “Open Ticket”:

4) Clicking this link will take you to page wherein you can categorize your concern as either a “Billing” issue or Technical “Support” issue.

5) Choosing any of the links will lead you the page for you to type your message.

– You can also add some attachments for reference of any issue you are having thru the button provided at the bottom of the message box.
